O’Neill-James School of Irish Dancing - Adult Classes

The O’Neill-James School of Irish Dancing’s Adult Dancers not only dance for the love of the dance but because they enjoy the exercises which helps keep their mind and body in shape.   Several also love to perform.    It makes them “Feel Good’ when the audience applauds and enjoys what they have seen.      Many adult dancers like to compete.    They love the excellence they are trying achieve and winning of course is a great accomplishment.
