Well it won't be easy but I would suggest telling them about it because hiding it from them will no doubt be a bad thing. If they found out some other way they would be really upset and you might lose their trust. Hope this helps!

tell them. if they find out that you didn't tell them, they'll be even madder
and IMVHO, they have every right to be concerned for you, you're 14 |

Tell them. If you keep secrets like that from them they won't be able to trust you anymore! Tell them right now. And, good luck

Tell them the truth. Just say it casually. Its better than hiding it from them. Good luck.

You should totally tell them!Thats what I would do and maybe they would be cool about it if you told them that you wherent doing anything wrong with him and your haning lots of fun.Maybe your parents where just upset about your last boyfriend because you did'nt tell them.Hope this helps (:

As a mum of two teenagers I don't feel that my children need to tell me every time they're in love. Boyfriends and girlfriends come and go, and teenagers have a right to privacy too. However, I insist that I know where my children are at all times, and who they're with, so if you are going out somewhere with this boy then I'd say your parents certainly do need to know. If you're just seeing him at school, that's fine. But if you're together in public, tell them (or ask their permission.) That way they will also trust you to be responsible in future.

I would tell them. It's a much more mature solution than seeing him behind their backs. Chances are, it will go over far better than you think as long as you are upfront with them.
I mean, just remember that your parents are trying to protect you and if they see that you are being mature about it, they will probably give you more slack then if they had to find out the hard way. oh... and since you're only 14, just remember to be safe about it. Too many kids I knew at my high school and late middle school did things they really regretted doing (which is probably why your parents are worried). I had a lot more fun keeping it clean and fun. [just a little bit of side advice]
