Security
All transactions effected on websites published by Wildfire Media Group Ltd are conducted through a registered third party Payment Service Provider (PSP), using industry standard technology for secure commerce transaction. Data, including your credit card number, is encrypted and other safeguards include fraud, address verification and security code checks.
All transactions are conducted on a secure website hosted and maintained by our third party PSP. Wildfire Media Group Ltd. does not store or intend to store the financial details (credit or debit card number) provided during transaction.

Most banks or credit card providers either cover all charges resulting from unauthorised use of your credit card or limit your liability to a maximum amount. Refer to your credit card agreement to check your coverage for liability. You are also advised to check your coverage for liability for unauthorised use of other cards such as debit cards.

Transaction Failure
If payment is denied by our Payment Service Provider for any reason, you will be made aware of this and payment can be resubmitted.

Order Confirmation and Processing
Your order will be accepted once your payment has been authorised. We will acknowledge acceptance of the order and process it accordingly.
Unless otherwise stipulated, all orders are usually processed and goods despatched within 10 working days, but allow up to 28 days. If an item is not currently in stock or delivery will be delayed, you will be notified.
In the case of magazine subscriptions, our web pages or confirmation letter will inform you of the edition with which your subscription will commence.
Some of the products offered on our website are held in stock by third party suppliers who will supply you directly. Each has their own delivery policy and process by which these orders will be governed, and Wildfire Ltd cannot be held responsible for any failure by a third party supplier to meet these terms or to supply product in satisfactory condition. However, we will act to ensure orders are processed efficiently and that products meet your expectations.

Currencies
All payments are transacted in British pounds sterling or US dollars. If prices for products or services are quoted in any other currency, these will be converted to British pounds sterling at official exchange rates by your card issuer at the time of purchase unless an alternative exchange rate is quoted at the time of purchase.

Returns and Refunds
We strive to provide you with the best possible customer service and products of high quality. If you are not happy with your purchases for whatever reason, please notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving the goods and we will make arrangements to replace or refund your order. This is in line with EU regulations, under which you are legally entitled to a 7-day cooling off period following a purchase. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Any goods that need to be returned to us or the supplier must be returned within 28 days in original condition. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us. The price of the item(s) purchased will be refunded to your credit/debit card once we have received the goods.
If you are a Direct Debit subscriber and choose to cancel a magazine subscription during the minimum term stated at the time of purchase, you will be liable to pay a maximum administration fee of £10. After the minimum term you are free to cancel at any time. If you paid up front for a subscription you are free to cancel at any time but we will be unable to refund you for any unmailed issues.
